Sustainable finance for sustainable agriculture and fisheries

For My PhD at Hasselt University I have the great pleasure working on the SUFISA project. It is a Horizon2020 project involving 13 Institutions in 11 european countries (Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, UK). The project started in May 2015 an will be completed in April 2018.

The main aim of SUFISA is to identify sustainable practices and policies in the agricultural, fish and food sectors that support the sustainability of primary producers in a context of multi-dimensional policy requirements, market imperfections and globalization.

Within the project I am working on the relation between market power and sustainability.

For updates I am referring to the SUFISA blog and the website.
